| Personal History | One of the things established by the Treaty of Bajor at the end of the Dominion War was what would be best described as cultural exchange program, in short the doors of the Academy were opened up to the species of the Dominion. Okan was bred precisely for this purpose, to be a Jem Hadar that would feel comfortable working outside of the Dominion structure. He was a natural candidate for marine training and during that time met Charlotte Thrace, the person who he would come to view as the equivalent of his First. He served his career with her first on Deep Space Four and then on Ghost Station. During his time on Ghost Station, he was court martialled along with a few others over the Omega Directive violations, in his case it was more to do with aiding and abetting it. He stayed with the Thrace's afterwards and was eventually reinstated back into Starfleet alongside them. |
